Terms of Service & Refund Policy

A founding seat is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the paid features of the Migraine Decoder app when it launches. Lifetime means for as long as Migraine Decoder operates. There is no subscription and no recurring charge for founding seat holders.

Your seat is locked to your Migraine Decoder account login, not to a device. Sign in on any supported phone and your access follows you. Seats are personal and cannot be resold or transferred to another account.

Migraine Decoder has not launched yet. When you buy a founding seat, you are paying today for access to a product that is still in development. We do not promise a launch date, and we will not name one we cannot keep. Features shown on the site reflect what we are building, and details may change before launch as we refine the app.

Because you are trusting us before the product exists, the refund policy below is deliberately generous. Your money stays protected until well after you can try the real thing.

Full refund anytime before launch, plus 14 days after launch.

Before launch: request a full refund at any time, for any reason, and we will refund your entire purchase and release your seat. No questions asked.

After launch: you have 14 days from the day the app launches to try it. If it is not for you, request a refund within that window and we will refund your entire purchase.

To request a refund, email david@setu.dev from the email address on your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Migraine Decoder is a wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not predict migraine attacks. The app helps you record your own attacks and see how they line up against things like barometric pressure, weather, and your cycle. Any conclusions about your health, and any decisions about treatment, belong with you and your doctor.

Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you saw in Migraine Decoder.

You need an account to hold a founding seat. Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your login. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a founding seat.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Founding seat prices rise by tier as seats are claimed; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout, and later price changes do not affect a seat you have already purchased.

Do not misuse the site or the app: no attempts to break authentication, scrape other users’ data, resell access, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, with a refund of any founding seat purchase if we do so before your refund window has closed.

We build this carefully, but software is never perfect. The site and app are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Migraine Decoder is a SetuDev product. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SetuDev operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page, and material changes affecting founding seat holders will be communicated by email.
